Lifestyle Training for Older Adults

Are you an older adult who is looking to gain strength, improve balance, or work on getting your health under control? If so, I would love to work with you! As we age, we naturally lose some of our balance, have a decrease in bone density, find our metabolism slowing down, and may have some issues with maintaining mobility.

Adding in regular exercise can help to keep you moving and enjoying your life. Strength training can improve your bone density and get your metabolism moving again. Exercise and proper diet can reduce high blood pressure, improve the outlook for diabetes, assist in weight loss, and decrease the loss of muscle mass. Please reach out to me for more information. Even if you are currently not exercising, I can help you to start moving!
