Low carb diets have been a coming and going fad for decades. But did you know that your body requires carbs just to think? Your brain runs on carbs, and so does your body. If you are afraid of eating carbs and don’t want to include them in your diet, at least keep fruits and vegetables in your diet. The sugars in fruit are natural and fruit provides water and vitamins that your body is craving. The carbs in vegetables are the same- they provide vitamins, minerals and needed fiber to your diet. Treat your body kindly and eat fruits and vegetables.
